1. Be on time, ten minutes late results in a re-schedule. Booking are made with a limited amount of time before next appointment. Being late reduces your time, but you can still be charged for the full hour.
2. Cancellations have to be called in 24hrs before appointment. Emergencies are understandable.
3. Paperwork needs to be filled out if you are a first time client, please come ten minutes before your appointment.
4. No shows will be charged half on the next visit. Please call ahead and cancel.
